The cost of this call will be included as part of a mobile allowance or a landline call package. You will be charged for calls not included in your landline package or if you go over your mobile allowance. How we can help

When you contact our telephone assessment line you will be assessed by a volunteer Gateway Assessor, which will last between 10 and 15 minutes.

From this short assessment, they will determine whether:

  • a quick piece of information will answer your enquiry,
  • an interview with a generalist or specialist adviser is required
  • you need specialist help outside of our expertise.
